What we'll send you, what we won't, and how to dial in alerts so you never miss the right night.
How we protect your data (and don't sell it), local storage, and your trust principles.

Yes — the core app is free, ad-free, and stays that way. Plus ($6/mo) unlocks AI concierge, faster planning, and richer crew tools.
Browsing, discovery, and saves work without an account (we use local storage). Crews, RSVPs, and ticket purchases require sign-in.
Lanes are hand-tuned per city plus signals from your welcome quiz. We never auction placements — if you see it, an editor put it there or your taste did.
Up to 24 hours before the event — full refund, no questions asked. After that, it depends on the venue's policy. See /refunds for the full breakdown.
Drop 2–6 options, share the link with your crew, and the highest-ranked option wins (RCV-style). No more 45-minute group chats. Try it at /groups/decide.
57 cities globally with hand-curated lanes — NYC, LA, SF, Chicago, Austin, London, Paris, Tokyo, plus suburban anchors like Boulder, Asheville, and Conyers GA. Full list at /cities.
Passkeys are a more secure alternative to passwords. You sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN — no password to remember or leak. Enable them under Account → Security.
Yes. Flock uses Stripe for all payments — your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We only store the last 4 digits for reference.
Event refunds are set by the host. Flock service fees are non-refundable. If a host cancels an event, you receive a full refund automatically. For disputes, contact support@flock.city.
