Can't make it but a friend can? Transfer the ticket from /tickets up until the event starts. The new holder gets the QR — yours stops working. No fee.
If the venue or organizer cancels, we refund 100% to every ticket-holder automatically. You don't need to ask. We notify you within an hour of the cancellation.
First-time host with under 3 events? We hold ticket revenue until the event ends. If anything goes sideways, refunds come from us — not from a host who already cashed out.

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, full refund, no usage cap. After 14 days, cancel anytime to stop renewal but the current period isn't refunded.
Flock takes a 3% + $0.30 platform fee, capped at $3/ticket. On a refund, the fee comes back too. The card processor's portion (~2.9%) we eat.
We initiate immediately. Your bank takes 3–7 business days to post it. Some banks call it 'pending' first — the funds are committed, just not visible.
Only if the event was canceled or didn't happen as advertised. If you bought a ticket and didn't show up, it's non-refundable — but transferring to a friend is always free.
