Court-validated dark patterns vs disclosed-upfront economics. The story behind why Flock charges 3% organizer-side and shows every fee before the buyer clicks.
On March 9, 2026, a California federal court granted preliminary approval to a $1.2 million class-action settlement against Posh. The suit alleged that Posh charged California ticket buyers undisclosed fees from July 2021 through June 2025 — fees that appeared only at checkout after buyers were already committed.
The settlement's mandated remedy: "All-In Pricing" disclosure. Posh is now court-ordered to show buyers the complete price before the final checkout step — the same standard Flock has held since day one.
All figures based on published rates and settlement disclosures.
